About Lodge

In 1896, Joseph Lodge founded the Blacklock Foundry in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. After a fire destroyed it in 1910, he and his family rebuilt, creating the Lodge Manufacturing Company, today known as Lodge Cast Iron.

Still family-owned and operating in its hometown, Lodge is the oldest continuous cast iron cookware manufacturer in the United States. For more than 125 years, Lodge has combined tradition, innovation, and family values to craft heirloom-quality cookware loved around the world.
