Tom Mix’s Fried Green TaMaters

While tending bar in Guthrie, Tom Mix met two of the Miller Brothers, owners of the famous 101 Ranch. Though he was good with horses, he’d never worked as a cowboy – until they gave him his first shot. That job opened the door to the Ranch’s Wild West Show, where Tom’s skills and flair for performance stood out. His time with the 101 Ranch sparked a love for show business that would eventually launch him into movie stardom.
