Ingredients: Precooked Long Grain Rice (niacin, iron, thiamine folic acid), Bell Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, Worcestershire (dextrose, garlic, salt, chili pepper, spices, mustard, natural flavorings, onion), Salt, Garlic Salt (salt, granulated garlic, calcium stearate), Black Pepper, Oregano.


Directions: In a large pot brown 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, drain well. Add 4 cups of water to boiling and add vegetable packet. Lower heat and add 1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes and 1 14 oz. can of tomato sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes. In another samll pot add rice packet to 1/2 cup of boiling water (may also be cooked in a covered dish in the microwave if desired).  Stir rice in well, cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork and pour into prepared soup, stir well and serve.
